Preparation:
Quick and easy.
The dry powder has a long shelf life.
 
Mixing:
100g NO-CHEEZ powder with 1000ml water(or any milk-alternative) and 50ml oil.
Heat while stirring.
Cook until the sauce thickens and begins to boil. 
Ready to serve in 5 minutes or kept warm in a bain-marie or Fondue-pot.
